From the recordings Gratitude (Vol 2), The Bare Bones, and Stillness
Recorded on nylon string guitars, the aim was to try counter the fast paced, sometimes frenzied world we find ourselves in by writing a calming and cinematic tune. We wanted to capture the pleasure of time spent in quiet contemplation, and the feeling of being still in the moment to gather your thoughts and re-centre yourself. The photo was taken by the studio door, we have a water bowel just outside which gently fills with water each time it rains. One evening, the sun was setting and the reflections were beautiful and peaceful.
